Rug Dots Order Form

Ordering online through PayPal is the fastest and easiest way to order Rug Dots and Rug Dots Minis. However, we realize that some folks may not have a Credit Card or a PayPal account so here are the instructions to order by sending us a check through the mail. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your order but you will hopefully receive it much sooner. It depends on shipping time for us to receive your order, time for your check to clear the bank and for UPS to ship your order to you. We promise to process your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

Instructions

1. Fill in the Order Form fields on your computer and verify your information. Remember to select the quantity on your order and to calculate your total for your check. No taxes are added.
   
2. Email customercare@rugdots.com so that we will be looking for your order. We will follow up if we don't receive your check within 7 days.
   
3. Print the Order Form
   
4. Include your personal check made payable to "Rug Dots"
   
5. Mail to:
